Saturday or Sunday 9.30 -10.30am
Liven up with this short class. You will work into flexibility and strength with a strong focus on the breath. Firmly rooted in the ashtanga lineage you will be led through sun salutations, and a mixture of postures and sequences taken from Yogasana and Rocket. Balance, twists, hips, backbends all in one express pick and mix and finished with a blissful and hard earned savasana. Expect to feel rejuvenated!
